According to Sharma P (2014): (leaf & bark extracts) against Escherichia coli 2184, Proteus mirabilis 2241, Bacillus subtilis 2063 & Staphylococcus aureus 2079 procured from National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms (NCIM, Pune). Petroleum ether, ethanol & aqueous extracts of leaf & bark were used to evaluate the antibacterial activity of C tapia. According to Cabra DL (2015): We investigated the phytochemical profile & the antibiotic & modulating activity of a hydroalcoholic crude extract (CECT) against multi-drug resistant strains of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus & Pseudomonas aeruginosa, all of which were isolated from surgical wounds. - Grass cover : Plant part used: Pesticidal and veterinary use.
