  1. Pain, peripheral hyperalgesia : Plant part used: Whole plant. Documented pharmacological profile: Aspirine-like.
    Selon Kanodia L (2009) : Analgesic activity was assessed by tail flick method (for central action) & acetic acid-induced writhing test (for peripheral action). Fruit extract, whole plant extract & aspirin showed significant analgesic activity, both central & peripheral, as compared to control (p<0.01). Selon Kanodia L (2008) : Analgesic activity was assessed by tail flick method (for central action) & acetic acid-induced writhing test (for peripheral action).

    Selon Dhole AR (2020) : Ethanolic extracts of whole plants was assessed for its protective & curative activity in urolithiasis. These ethanol extracts were tested at increasing concentration of 100, 200, 400 ug/ml & compared with the standard drug Cystone.
