  1. Cirrhosis, hepatitis, fatty liver disease : Plant part used: Stem bark. Documented pharmacological profile: Silymarine-like.
Selon Mishra G (2014) : Conclusion: The ethanolic extract of LI bark seems to justify the promising hepatoprotective effect on PCM induced liver damage in rats. To evaluate the hepatoprotective activity of ethanolic extract of Leea indica stem bark against paracetamol (PCM) induced hepatotoxicity in rats.
  2. Pain : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: diclofénac-like.
Selon Saifuzzaman M (2013) : In the current study, the ethanolic extract of leaves was investigated for analgesic activity. The findings suggest that LI possesses analgesic activity. Selon DAVA MP (2021) : The flavonoids from Leea Indica had an antinociceptive effect on orofacial pain in adult zebrafish.
  3. Atherothrombosis : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Streptokinase-like.
Selon Rahman Atiar (2013) : using streptokinase as a positive control & water as a negative control. This study aims to investigate whether organic extracts possess thrombolytic properties with minimal or no toxicity. Selon SAKIB SA (2021) : The anti-inflammatory, thrombolytic, & hair growth-promoting activity of the n-hexane fraction from the methanol extract of Leea indica (NFLI) leaves was investigated.

Further indications (including other extraction modes where applicable), dosages, precautions for use and full scientific references are available in the complete monograph.
