- Bacterial infection : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Ampicilline-like, Pénicilline-like.
Selon TAHER MA (2025) : Antimicrobial activity was tested against Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria, & fungi using disc diffusion (100 µg/disc), compared to standard antibiotics (30 µg/disc). The extract showed broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, with strongest inhibition against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (19 mm) & Salmonella typhi (19 mm), though 30-50% less potent than standard antibiotics. Selon Auteur (2005) : Antibacterial activities of the crude extracts were investigated by disc diffusion method against eleven human pathogenic bacteria viz., Bacillus cereus, B. - Type II diabetes mellitus : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Gliclazide-like. Mentioned synergistic association: association synergique avec Andrographis Paniculata-plante entière.
Selon AL-Zharani MSH (2023) : Twenty-four (24) male albino Sprague-Dawley strain rats were separated into four groups, with one serving as the negative control group (normal); the other groups were used to induce diabetes with alloxan. This study seeks to determine the impact of moringa on biochemical & immunological alterations in hyperglycemic rats. Selon Auteur (2016) : This study was undertaken to determine the antidiabetic & antioxidant effects of oral administration of ethanolic extract of Moringa oleifera flower on streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats at 100, 200 & 300 mg/kg b.w. - Cancer : Plant part used: seed. Mentioned synergistic association: 5-Fluoro-Uracile.
Selon Barhoi D (2021) : Anti-tumor activity of AEMO was assessed in EAC (Ehrlich ascites carcinoma) induced solid tumor bearing mice by analyzing tumor weight (TW) & Tumor volume (TV). Conclusion: The results of the present study suggest that AEMO has immense potential to inhibit the tumor progression without affecting the normal physiology & functioning of the body & thus can be used as a cancer therapeutic agent. Selon Hagoel L (2019) : Purpose: The aims of the present study were to investigate effect of moringa alone & combined with radiation on survival & metastatic activity of pancreatic cancer cells & on tumor growth.
