  1. Abnormal serum levels : Plant part used: Sheet.
    Selon COSKUNLU B (2024) : Sperm parameters were evaluated from the epididymis. Testicular oxidative stress parameters were analyzed biochemically. Selon Coskunlu B (2024) : Sperm parameters were evaluated from the epididymis.
  2. Osteoarthritis, arthritis, rheumatism, oedema : Plant part used: Aerial parts. Documented pharmacological profile: Diclofenac-like.
    Selon Sisay M (2017) : Moreover, ethnopharmacological studies revealed that the plant is endowed with extensive pharmacological activities, including antimicrobial, antidiarrheal, antidiabetic, antispasmodic, vasodilator, antiulcer, antioxidant, anticancer, anxiolytic, sedative-hypnotic, & anti-inflammatory activities, among others. Ethnobotanical information revealed that MC has been a folkloric repute for the treatment of several diseases like gastric ulcer, diarrhea, dysentery, cancer, rheumatism, hemorrhage, deep sinuses, leucorrhoea, hemorrhoid, inflammation, dyspepsia, anxiety, insomnia, diabetes, hypertension, pulmonary disorders, & skin diseases. Selon Hosseinzadeh H (2011) : The anti-inflammatory effect was investigated using xylene-induced ear edema & a cotton pellet test.
  3. Hyperpigmentation, senile lentigo, melasma, dryness : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Arbutine-like.
    Selon OZCAN O (2019) : Skin tissues were also examined by light microscopy. As a conclusion, MC significantly diminishes burn-induced damage in skin.
