  1. Cancer : Plant part used: Sheet.
    Selon DE Stefania D (2025) : Cancer patients very frequently develop a devastating syndrome known as cachexia, which negatively impinges on their outcome. In this regard, the possibility that EVOO could be beneficial to cancer patients by mitigating cachexia will be reviewed, focusing on the skeletal muscle,. Selon Goulas VE (2009) : Phytochemicals in olive-leaf extracts & their antiproliferative activity against cancer & endothelial cells.
  2. Bacterial infection : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Amoxicilline-like.
    Selon HEMEG HA (2020) : coli, Pasteurella multocida, Bacillus. cereus, Salmonella Enteritidis & Mycoplasma. Selon Hassan A (2020) : coli, Pasteurella multocida, Bacillus cereus, Salmonella Enteritidis & Mycoplasma gallisepticum using standard agar disc diffusion technique & minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC).
  3. Viral infection : Plant part used: Sheet.
    Selon Impellizzeri D (2011) : CIA was induced in mice by an intradermal injection of 100 μl of an emulsion containing 100 μg of bovine type II collagen (CII) & complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) at the base of the tail. Selon HEMEG HA (2020) : This study evaluates the antimicrobial effects of ethanolic extract of five herbal plants; Guava (Psidium guajava), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Rhamnus (Ziziphus-spina Christi), Mulberry (Morus alba L.), & Olive (Olea europaea L) leaves against several microbial population representing Gram positive, Gram negative & Mollicutes; S. All extracts have no antibacterial potency for M gallisepticum except Psidium guajava.
