   Selon Guo Q (2017) : The results suggested that the potential hepatoprotective effects of PUL in attenuating CCl4-induced hepatotoxicity could be partially attributed to regulating L-carnitine, taurocholic acid, & amino acids metabolism, which may become promising targets for treatment of liver toxicity. In the present study, blood biochemical indexes & liver histopathological changes were used to estimate the extent of hepatic injury.    Selon Chan HLY (2003) : Conclusion : PU treatment for 6 months has no demonstrable anti-viral effect in chronic hepatitis B. Methods : Chronic hepatitis B patients with positive hepatitis B e-antigen (HBeAg), hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA>500000 copies/mL and elevated alanine transaminase (ALT) were recruited.
