   Selon Tandi J (2024) : This study aims to determine the secondary metabolite levels of the ethanol extract of CA leaves, its antioxidant activity, & its effect on blood glucose levels in Streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Coleus atropurpureus Benth leaves are traditionally used in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia to treat diabetes mellitus. Selon Salaeh A (2018) : The test of antidiabetic activity was used in vivo method in white male Swiss Webster mice which was induced by alloxan (i.p) & Glibenclamide as positive control drug (0.7 mg/kg bw).
