1. Cancer : Partie usitée : Fleur. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Tamoxifène-like.
   Selon PUSAPATI MADAN RANJIT (2014) : The cytotoxic property of the extract was determined by using MTT assay against Breast cancer (MCF-7), cervix (HeLa), Brain & colon cancer cells. The cytotoxic activity of the extract showed, IC50 concentrations (μg/ml) against MCF-7 (Breast), Carcinoma of cervix HeLa cells, Carcinoma of the Brain, and Carcinoma of colon Cells against Tamoxifen are 141.6 ± 0.08, 223.7 ± 2.16, 173.9 ± 0.7, 168.33 ± 0.04 respectively. Selon Abou-Zeid AH (2023) : Biologically, in vitro anticancer activity against four human tumor cell lines, in vivo hepatoprotective activity against CCl4-induced liver injury, & in vivo antioxidant activity was studied.
2. Stress oxydatif : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Acide ascorbique-like.
   Selon Auteur (2016) : Antioxidant lutein is a fat-soluble xanthophyll and could be found in a wide range of natural sources. Selon Thomas B (2021) : Antioxidant activity was assessed by radical scavenging & reduction assays. regia flowers were evaluated for their antioxidant, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory & cytotoxic activity to justify its use as a medicinal plant.
3. Arthrose, arthrite, oedeme, rhumatisme, sclérose en plaque : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Indometacine-like.
   Selon Vaishāli (2012) : The antiinflammatory activity was studied using carrageenan-induced rat paw edema & cotton pellet granuloma at three different doses (100, 200, & 400 mg/kg b.w. The ethanol extract of D regia leaves was exhibited significant antiinflammatory activity at the dose of 400 mg/kg in both models when compared with control group. Selon Shewale V D (2012) : The anti-inflammatory activity was studied using carrageenan-induced rat paw edema & cotton pellet granuloma at three different doses (100, 200, & 400 mg/kg b.w.
