1. Infection bacterienne : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Gentamycine-like.
   Selon Palaksha MN (2016) : The different concentrations of chloroform & ethanol extracts (50mg/ml & 100mg/ml) against different Gram negative (Pseudomonas putida ATCC700007 Pseudomonas mirabilis ATCC14153, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC10662) & Gram positive (Bacillus subtilis ATCC11774, Staphylococcus wernari ATCC 27836, Staphylococcus aureus ATCCBAA1026) organisms using well diffusion method, was observed & the results were compared with standard Gentamycin, all the extracts were found to possess significant antibacterial activity. The present work highlights the antibacterial & Anthelmintic activities of Saccharum officinarum leaf extracts. Selon Uchenna EF (2015) : The result showed that the extract had inhibitory effects on the gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli & Pseudomonas aeruginosa).

   Selon Molina-Cuevas V (1998) : The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of policosanol on arterial blood pressure & its interaction with propranolol & nifedipine. Methods: Single doses of policosanol (25, 50 & 200 mg/kg) orally administered to spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) did not significantly change arterial pressure. Selon Park HJ (2019) : The current study was designed to investigate the short-term effects of policosanol consumption on blood pressure (BP) & the lipid parameters in healthy Korean participants with prehypertension.
3. Rhumatisme, arthrite, arthrose : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Diclofenac-like, Indometacine-like.
   Selon Ledon N (2007) : To our knowledge, this is the first report on the anti-inflammatory effect of sugar cane by-products in experimental models of arthritis & psoriasis. The anti-inflammatory effects exerted by FAM may be due to its inhibitory effects on arachidonic acid metabolism. Selon Jiang F (2023) : In vivo anti-inflammatory activity assays pertained to inhibiting the auricle swelling caused by xylene in mice, the peritoneal permeability increased inflammation in mice induced by acetic acid & the inflammation caused by granuloma hyperplasia in mice.
