1. Arthrite, arthrose, rhumatisme, oedeme : Partie usitée : Tige. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Indometacine-like.
   Selon Kalpesh G (2009) : The hydro-alcoholic extract was studied for their anti-inflammatory activity by using carrageenan-induced hind paw edema in rats and the mean increase in paw volume & % inhibition in paw volume were measured plethysmometrically at different time intervals after carrageenan (1% w/v) injection. The hydro-alcoholic extract showed a greater anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect when compared with the standard drugs, indomethacin & Diclofenac sodium respectively. Selon SAMAR KB (2009) : This report illustrates the spectrum of ocular inflammation caused by accidental inoculation of latex of Euphorbia plant.

   Selon Auteur (2012) : The cancer treatable by the compound of formula (I) is chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), oesophageal cancer or pancreatic cancer. The triterpenoids are useful as lead compounds for manufacturing a medicament or a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer; whereas the ingol diterpenes are useful as lead compounds for manufacturing a medicament or a pharmaceutical composition for treating thrombocytopaenia.    Selon MANSURI MI (2013) : MANSURI MI et al, Evaluation of Antidiabetic and Antihyperlipidemic Activity of Euphorbia Neriifolia L in High Fat Diet- Streptozotocin Induced Type-2 Diabetic Model, Int Jl for Pharmaceut Res Scholars, 2(1-1) :83-9, 2013-Abstract Euphorbia neriifolia is traditionally used to treat diabetes mellitus. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the antidiabetic & antihyperlipidemic effect in high fat diet-streptozotocin (HFD-STZ) induced type-2 diabetic rats. Selon Mansuri MI (2012) : Purpose of the study was to evaluate the antidiabetic activity of ethanolic extracts of leaves of E neriifolia in alloxan induced diabetic rats.
