1. Cancer : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Doxorubicine-like, Tamoxifène-like.
   Selon Endrini S (2015) : The objective of this study was to determine the cytotoxicity of soursop (Anona muricata Linn) leaves & pearl grass (Hedyotis corymbosa (L.) Lam.) on the hormone-dependent human breast carcinoma Michigan Cancer Foundation-7 (MCF-7) cell line. Soursop (Anona muricata Linn) leaves have the strongest cytotoxic activity against MCF-7 breast cancer cell line,. Selon Hadisupathri YE (2021) : Conclusion: Therefore, the leaves of the medicinal plant AM contained compounds that on extraction exerted a highly effective activity as an anticancer treatment for breast cancer via induced apoptotic cell death.

   Selon Darmawan R (2025) : These findings indicate that AM has a significant hypoglycemic effect & holds promise as a potential therapeutic agent for diabetes management,. This meta-analysis aims to synthesize & evaluate the available scientific evidence to draw reliable conclusions about the effectiveness & underlying mechanisms of AM in managing diabetes mellitus. Selon Fitria-Ningsih, S (2014) : Jackfruit leaf (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lamk.) & Soursop leaf (Annona muricata L.) are some natural materials which empirically used for the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus.
3. Infection bactérienne : Partie usitée : fruit (pulpe). Profil pharmacologique documenté : Ciprofloxacine-like.
   Selon Abdulsalami MS (2016) : muricata using agar-disc diffusion method for five clinical isolates of bacteria consisting of two gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus & Streptococcus mutans) & three gram-negative (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi) bacteria which have been implicated in the most common types of bacterial Infections such as diarrhea, typhoid fever, tooth decay, etc. typhi was the most susceptible gram-negative bacteria which indicated that this plant contains compounds with wide antibacterial activity which validates their use for treatment of various microbial infections in traditional medicine. Selon Asy-Hari HF (2023) : Nanoemulgel AM leaf extract has suitable physical properties, & antibacterial activity is in the medium category.
