According to Padmanabhan V (2016): Thus, it was concluded that A lebbeck has potent antioxidant, anticancer & hepatoprotective activity. Study of effect on anticancer parameters of DLA bearing mice showed that 400 mg/kg had better activity. According to Kavitha CN (2021): lebbeck has a powerful antitumor activity because it was effective in significantly inhibiting the tumor growth in both in vivo & in vitro cancer cell lines,. - Fever, febrile state : Plant part used: Sheet. According to Verma N (2011): Verma N et al, Analgesic, antipyretic & antiinflammatory activities of Albizzia lebbeck Benth seeds. - Bacterial infection : Plant part used: Seed. Documented pharmacological profile: Ampicilline-like, Streptomycine-like.
According to Khan MTJ (2010): Vacuum liquid chromatography isolated fractions from chloroform extract of A aspera displayed antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli & Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The antibacterial range of ethanol extract of A indicum was prominent than those of other organic extracts. According to Tilak AH (2015): Butanol, ethanol and methanol leaf extract of A indica & A lebbeck were tested for antibacterial activity by disc diffusion technique and broth dilution method (MIC & MBC) against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a gram negative, aerobic Rod found commonly in soil and water.
