1. Menopause : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Ethynil estradiol-like.
   Selon Suhargo L (2018) : Endometrial & myometrial hyperplasia was caused as a side effect of estradiol hormone using for menopausal condition & it could change to be cancer. The aim of this research was conducted to evaluate the utilization of daun wungu ethanol extracts as the endometrial & myometrial hyperplasia inhibitor of ovariectomy mice. Selon Rakasiwi HL (2019) : Menopause can occur osteoporosis caused by low estrogen.
2. Pain, hyperalgesia : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Acetosal-like.
   Selon Ozaki Y (1989) : The ethanol extract (p.o.) showed an antiinflammatory activity as well as an analgesic activity & these activity shifted to the water-soluble fraction, 1-butanol-soluble fraction, methanol-soluble fraction é fr. Selon Brahmantyo MR (2020) : Purple leaf extract has anti-inflammatory & analgesic effects.
3. Type II diabetes mellitus : Plant part used: Sheet. Documented pharmacological profile: Glibenclamide-like.
   Selon Rahmi H (2014) : Wungu leaf (Graptophyllum pictum (L.) Griff) is a plant thought to have potential use in alleviating symptoms of diabetes mellitus. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the activity of wungu leaf extracts in decreasing blood glucose level of alloxan (200 mg/kg BW)-induced hyperglycemic mice. Selon Auteur (2010) : The anti-diabetic study was carried out on alloxan-induced diabetic Wistar rats.
