  1. Cancer : Plant part used: Fruit. Documented pharmacological profile: Méthotrexate-like, 5-Fluoro-Uracile-like.
Selon Cavalcante da Silva G (2016) : The inhibition of tumor growth compared to Ehrlich Carcinoma was more prominent in the dose 200 mg/kg/ip with inhibition percentage of 83.91%, on the other hand against Sarcoma 180. The potential of tumor inhibition was done in vivo against Ehrlich Carcinoma and Sarcoma 180, a Sharp reduction of weight of the tumors was obtained in comparison with the control group. Selon Kumar HC (2022) : citrifolia demonstrated various anticancer properties in different cancer models, via multiple mechanisms including antitumor, antiproliferative, pro-apoptotic, antiangiogenesis, antimigratory, anti-inflammatory, & immunomodulatory activities.
  2. Allergy, contact dermatitis : Plant part used: Fruit. Documented pharmacological profile: Prednisolone-like.
Selon Murata K (2014) : Materials & Methods: To investigate the anti-allergic effects of the 50% ethanolic extract of M. Anti-allergic effects of noni have not been reported despite the clinical usage as an anti-allergic agent. Selon Dussossoy E (2016) : The present study was undertaken to evaluate chronic anti-inflammatory & spasmolytic effects of noni juice.
  3. Thrombosis, platelet aggregation : Plant part used: Fruit.
Selon RAMIREZ-BELTRAN R (2015) : Objective: assessing the effects of Noni leaf & fruit extracts on platelet aggregation & blood coagulation, as well as the possible influence of plant age, leaf maturity & extract total phenol & flavonoid contents on it. The in vitro effects of leaf (0,4 and 0,8 mg TSS/mL) & fruit (0,6 & 1,2 mg TSS/mL) extracts on ADP-induced platelet aggregation (PA), prothrombin time (PT) & partial activated thromboplastin time (PATT) in human plasma was determined. Selon Arif Abdul KR (2013) : It works by inhibiting blood from clotting, therefore preventing progression of thrombosis.
