1. État inflammatoire : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Ibuprofène-like, Indometacine-like.
   Selon Sarkar BP (2010) : In vivo testing of the anti-inflammatory activity of ethanol extract of leaves of IT (EEIT). Ethanolic extracts of leaves of Indigofera tinctoria Linn (500 & 1000 mg/kg bw) showed potent anti-inflammatory activity when compared to control as well as positive control Ibuprofen (standard drug) group. Selon Gerometta E (2020) : Indeed, treatments of gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory conditions & pain, skin ailments, & respiratory & infectious diseases are recurring.
2. Plaie infectée, blessure, incision, brulure : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Sulfadiazine-like.
   Selon Manimekalai P (2019) : the present study was to evaluate the wound healing properties of ethanolic extract of Indigofera tinctoria on Albino Wistar rat. The topical application of 20% w/w IT ointment, shows significatif (P<0,01) reduction in the wound breaking strength compared to III received 5% extract of IT ointment, bur not comparable with silver sulphadiazine 1% w/w treated group. Selon Singh B (2001) : Hexobarbitone induced 'sleeptime', zoxazolamine induced 'paralysis time', levels of transaminases, bilirubin & total protein in serum were employed as indices of liver injury.
3. Helminthiase : Partie usitée : Parasiticide & vétérinaire. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Albendazole-like.
   Selon Balamurugan G (2009) : Extracts from the whole plant of Indigofera tinctoria Lin were investigated for their anthelmintic activity against Pheretima posthuma. Selon Meenakshisundaram A (2016) : Conclusion: Based on the results obtained by in vitro & in vivo assay, the ethanolic extract of I.T possesses anthelmintic activity & could replace the chemical anthelmintics used presently. this study was undertaken to evaluate the anthelmintic efficacy of Indigofera tinctoria by scientifically validated in vitro & in vivo tests approved by the World Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology.
