1. Douleur, hyperalgie : Partie usitée : Racine. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Diclofenac-like.
   Selon Rambabu B (2014) : The ethanol extract of its flowers was investigated for its antiinflammatory & analgesic activities in animal models. These results were also comparable to those of Diclofenac sodium, the reference drug used in this study. Selon Sengar N (2015) : Further, analgesic activity of EJS at 100, 200 & 400 mg/kg, p.o.
2. Infection bacterienne : Partie usitée : Fleur. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Streptomycine-like.
   Selon Joy P (2008) : The extracts were subjected for screening of in-vitro antimicrobial activity against selected disease causing pathogens, viz., Staphylococcus albus, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhi, etc., at concentrations of 500mg/ml, 250mg/mL. This preliminary photochemical study of the antimicrobial activity of ethanolic callus extracts focused on two species of Jasminum, J. Selon Auteur (2002) : Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae & Alternaria sp.
3. Ulcère gastrique : Partie usitée : Feuille. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Oméprazole-like.
   Selon Rambabu B (2014) : The antiulcer activity was studied in rats in which gastric ulcers were induced by oral administration of ethanol or by pyloric ligation. The anti-diabetic & antiulcer activities of J. Selon Al-Rashdi AS (2012) : Acidity of gastric content, the gastric wall mucus, ulcer areas, & histology & immuno-histochemistry of the gastric wall were assessed.
