1. Stress oxydatif : Partie usitée : Mycélium. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Quercétine-like, Catéchine-like.
   Selon Jose N (2000) : Jose N et al, Antioxidant & antitumour activity of Pleurotus florida. Selon Loganathan RJ (2008) : Loganathan RJ et al, Studies on the phytochemical, antioxidant & antimicrobial properties of three indigenous Pleurotus species.
2. Infection bactérienne : Partie usitée : Mycélium.
   Selon Vamanu E (2011) : The extract obtained in the presence of peptone selectively inhibited the growth of Gram positive & negative bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6588, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442 being the most susceptible one. For the four types of mycelium extracts, the antimicrobial activity was also determined. Selon Vamanu E (2011) : The two Pleurotus species proved narrow antibacterial activity against Gram-negative & Gram-positive bacteria & two Candida strains tested.
3. Cancer : Partie usitée : Mycélium.
   Selon Nowakowski P (2021) : Breast cancer proved to be sensitive to the highest number of mushroom extracts. Given the constantly increasing number of cancer incidents, the great anticancer potential of mushrooms has unsurprisingly become an object of interest to researchers.
