1. Cancer : Partie usitée : Fruit. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Doxorubicine-like.
   Selon Hosmer R (2015) : jujube fruit on the proliferation of breast cancer cells by MTT assay and the antioxidant by FRAP, haematological & biochemical alterations caused by NMU(Methyl-Nitroso-Urea)-induced mammary carcinogenesis in rats. Conclusions: These findings indicate that the ZJ ameliorates the adverse effects of NMU carcinogenesis & could be useful for treating mammary tumours in humans. Selon Plastina P (2012) : Identification of bioactive constituents of Ziziphus jujube fruit extracts exerting antiproliferative & apoptotic effects in human breast cancer cells.
2. Douleur, hyperalgie : Partie usitée : Écorce. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Diclofenac-like.
   Selon Rahman S (2012) : Antioxidant, analgesic, cytotoxic & antidiarrheal activities of the extract were investigated using 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging assay, acetic acid induced writhing inhibition, brine shrimp lethality bioassay & castor oil induced diarrhea inhibition respectively.
3. Malaria : Partie usitée : Semence. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Chloroquine-like, Pyrimethamine-like.
   Selon Mishra T (2014) : The present study determines the antiplasmodial effect of aqueous ethanolic seed extract against Chloroquine sensitive Plasmodium berghei b. Although, the activity was lower than standard chloroquine. Selon TSILA Ss (2025) : The ethanol extract, along with its derived fractions, demonstrated potent in vitro activity against the chloroquine-sensitive Plasmodium falciparum strain 3D7 (Pf3D7), with the ethyl acetate-soluble (IC50 = 11.35 µg/mL) and alkaloid-rich (IC50 = 4.75 µg/mL) fractions showing particularly strong inhibition.
