1. Obésité, syndrome métabolique : Partie usitée : Fruit.
   Selon Lee D (2018) : Simultaneously, the microbiota composition ratios changed. We also profiled the gut microbiota to determine whether the ratios of microbial phyla changed. Selon Parmar HS (2008) : the peel extracts of Mangifera indica (MI), Cucumis melo (CM) & Citrullus vulgaris (CV) fruits in ameliorating the diet-induced alterations in dyslipidemia, thyroid dysfunction and diabetes mellitus have been investigated in rats.
2. Cancer : Partie usitée : Fruit. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Cyclophosphamide-like.
   Selon Rolim PM (2018) : To assess the antiproliferative potential in human cancer cell lines, such as kidney carcinoma, colorectal carcinoma, cervical adenocarcinoma & cervical carcinoma, MTT assay was performed. The proliferation was inhibited by 20–85% at extracts concentrations of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL in all cancer cell lines. Selon Vidya R (2021) : Wistar rats were divided into six groups and hepatic cancer was induced with 0.01 % DEN (diethylnitrosamine) through drinking water for 16 weeks.
3. Stress oxydatif : Partie usitée : Fruit. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Acide ascorbique-like, acide gallique-like.
   Selon Ali M (2019) : The objective of this study was to investigate the role of Cucumic melo var agrestis, Vitamin C & zinc on human spermatozoa & oxidative stress during cryopreservation in astheno-zoospermia. The oral administration of antioxidant combination of CM, vitamin C & zinc improves sperm characteristics in astheno-zoospermia. Selon Auteur (2016) : Phenolic composition of different extracts of honeydew melon seeds & their antioxidant activity was determined for the first time.
