1. Infection bactérienne : Partie usitée : Plante entière. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Ciprofloxacine-like.
   Selon Liu C (2013) : Modem pharmacological studies have showed that the Desmodium species have antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, diuretic, antipyretic, analgesic & choleretic activity. Selon Princ KR (2017) : The bacterial proteins were downloaded from Protein Data Bank with PDB id: 1UAG, 2X5O, 3UDI & 3TYE. Among all the compounds indole-3-acetic acid & hypaphorine showed very good scores with the proteins 1UAG, 2X5O, 3UDI & 3TYE bacterial proteins.
2. Cancer : Partie usitée : Plante entière. Profil pharmacologique documenté : Vincristine-like.
   Selon Lai SC (2010) : Furthermore, its antiproliferative activities were investigated through the MTT method. This study evaluated the antioxidant & antiproliferative activities of the crude extract & fractions of Desmodium triflorum (L.) DC. Selon Lai SC (2009) : MDT also affected the levels of interleukin-1beta, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, NO & MDA which were induced by lambda-carrageenan.

Selon Karim R (2021) : Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the antibacterial activity of methanolic & ethanolic extracts of DT whole plant & TC fruits against V. Hence, DT whole plant & TC fruits may be recommended as potential phytotherapy against cholera disease,.
