1. État inflammatoire : Partie usitée : Feuille.
   Selon Hevesi BT (2009) : parviflorum with respect to its antioxidant and antiinflammatory effects. Selon Granica S (2014) : were shown to possess antimicrobial, anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, analgesic & antioxidative activities.
2. Cancer : Partie usitée : Semence.
   Selon AKBUDAk A A (2002) : Although their benefits have been demonstrated on certain types of cancer cells, such as prostate cancer cells, their potential antiproliferative effects on colorectal adenocarcinoma cells have yet to be studied. Our results confirmed that aqueous & ethanolic EP extracts can eliminate proliferation of human colorectal carcinoma cells in vitro. Selon Hatefi Kia B (2021) : Epilobium parviflorum extracts have shown promising therapeutic effects on prostate cancer cells.
3. Infection bactérienne : Partie usitée : Feuille.
   Selon Bajer F (2017) : The antimicrobial activity of the distilled essential oil and the remaining aromatic water was evaluated against five microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa & Candida albicans) using microdilution method. Results showed significant antibacterial activity against tested bacteria & yeast. Selon Tóth B Hevesi (2009) : Both the water & ethanol extracts of Hypoxis hemerocallidea & Epilobium parviflorum inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli.
